What goes where
| What it holds | |
|---|---|
| My issues | Decisions waiting for you on issues: accepting results, answering questions, dealing with failed runs, and taking over issues handed to you. You handle all of them on the issue page. See My issues |
| Inbox | Comments, mentions, and assignments from colleagues, and things outside issues, such as deployment requests waiting for your approval, deployment results and failures, knowledge base change proposals, and runtime notices |
The inbox icon in the top bar opens the inbox.

| To decide | Things that need your decision, such as approving a deployment or whether to accept a knowledge base change proposal |
| Notifications | Messages you only need to know about |
Use J / K to move up and down the list. Items you've dealt with close on their own. Marking items as read or deleting them affects only your own inbox.
Reminders
When something new is waiting for you:
- A count appears next to My issues and My sessions in the sidebar, in the top bar, and in the browser tab's title.
- If the sound reminder is on, you hear a chime. The issue or session you're looking at doesn't remind you again.
In the account menu at the top right, go to Account settings › Preferences and adjust the reminders section:
- Sound reminder: on or off.
- Desktop notifications: off by default. When you turn them on, the browser asks for permission. If the browser blocks them, allow notifications in the browser's site settings.
- Push notifications: reminders reach your phone or another computer even when Studio isn't open. Each device subscribes separately from this section.
On Android, open Studio in Chrome and subscribe directly. iPhone and iPad need iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or later: in Safari's Share menu, choose Add to Home Screen first, then open Studio from the Home Screen and subscribe. Push needs Studio to be served over HTTPS, with push set up by an admin.
