Mengisi formulir kustom di blok JS dengan karyawan AI

Karyawan AI NocoBase dapat menggunakan alat Isi formulir untuk mengambil informasi dari email, percakapan, atau dokumen dan memasukkannya ke dalam kolom formulir.

Fitur ini langsung bekerja pada blok formulir bawaan. Formulir yang dibuat di dalam blok JS bukan blok formulir bawaan sehingga tidak dikenali secara default.

Panduan ini menggunakan Event Planning Request untuk menunjukkan cara membuat formulir Ant Design yang berkelompok dan bersyarat serta membuatnya dapat diisi oleh karyawan AI.

Cara menggunakan

  1. Buka karyawan AI, misalnya Dex: spesialis pengorganisasian data.
  2. Pilih Tambahkan konteks, lalu Pilih blok.
  3. Pilih blok Event Planning Request.
  4. Kirim deskripsi kebutuhan acara.
  5. Karyawan AI mengekstrak informasi dan mengisi kolom yang sesuai.

Cara kerja

Implementasi terdiri dari dua bagian. Pertama, tampilkan instance Ant Design Form melalui model blok saat ini.

Secara default, blok JS ditampilkan sebagai JS block di Pilih blok. Gunakan ctx.model.setTitle() untuk menetapkan nama yang lebih mudah dikenali:

Memberikan informasi formulir kepada alat Isi formulir

ctx.model.form menyediakan instance Form yang menerima nilai kolom. Alat ini juga perlu mengetahui kolom yang tersedia dan aturan yang harus diikuti saat mengisinya.

aiForm berisi dua bagian:

  • prompt menjelaskan tujuan formulir, UID blok target, serta aturan untuk enum, tanggal, dan pilihan jamak;
  • fields menyediakan nama, tipe, status wajib, dan nilai yang tersedia melalui FORM_FIELDS.

Saat pengguna menambahkan blok JS ini sebagai konteks, alat akan membaca informasi tersebut untuk menentukan kolom mana yang harus diisi pada blok target.

Mengisi formulir dengan karyawan AI

1. Aktifkan alat Isi formulir

Gunakan Dex atau aktifkan alat tersebut untuk karyawan AI lain.

2. Pilih blok JS sebagai konteks

Pilih Tambahkan konteks → Pilih blok, lalu Event Planning Request. Lihat Tambahkan konteks - Pilih blok.

3. Kirim materi sumber

Masukkan teks atau tempel email, notulen, atau ringkasan acara. AI dapat memetakan bahasa lain ke kolom dan nilai berbahasa Inggris.

4. Tinjau sebelum mengirim

Periksa opsi, angka, satuan, tanggal, array, kolom bersyarat, dan data wajib. Alat hanya menulis nilai; tidak menekan Validate Form atau mengirim data.
